The Miele s168 is a white version of the s147, and has an electronic variable speed control
(the other two 140 series have a two position power control). Naturally, it has the same
adjustable and reversible wand/handle assembly as the s147

power nozzle (for thicker or more plush carpets). The s168 is standard with an Active H.E.P.A.
Filter already in place, while the Active Air Filter (odor absorption) or standard Super Air
Clean Filter are also available. The optional extension hose, which allows one to convert the
machine to a "mini-canister", is also available for this machine.

same on board caddy system for the crevice and upholstery tools found on the s147.
