The wands on the “White Star” are comprised of two separate steel tubes as opposed to the telescopic wands found on the 500 and 600 series machines. The machine may also be used as a blower, and the opening where the hose connects to it may be sealed when stored thereby preventing odor and dust leakage. The wands, hose and tools may be “parked” on the vacuum for storage and/or carrying in much the same manner found on the 500 and 600 series cleaners. The hose rotates completely as do the soft rubber wheels. The end result is that the machines move easily in all directions and the wheels do not mark floors. Features include a ribbed bag compartment so that the cleaner does not lose suction as the bag fills, a cordwinder and a power adjustment control to reduce suction on delicate items. Additional standard features include a Turbo Nozzle (STB 205) similar to that found on the “Solaris Turbo Plus”. This tool is ideal for Oriental style or low pile carpets and rugs, and can also be used on bare floors. Naturally, a separate bare floor tool is also standard equipment. The dusting brush, upholstery and crevice tools store on board.
